We combine the market’s most complete product range of 10.000 products with advice and installation – online and via 145 service points and together with partners. In addition, since April 2021, AV-Cables has been included, offering consumer electronics with sales mainly in Denmark. Through the acquisition, Kjell Group further strengthened its position as a leading player in everyday technology in the Nordic region.
Customers
Most of the company's customers start their customer journey on Kjell.com or av-cables.dk where they search for themselves or get advice through video or chat. Regardless of platform, the products from Kjell & Company are delivered directly at the service point or from the service point to the customer and for AV-Cables directly from the warehouse, often within a day and sometimes an hour if the products are purchased online. Online sales are fully integrated with our service points.
Alliances
Kjell Group also grows through selected partners where alliances can create mutual value. In the autumn of 2020, Kjell & Company began the rollout of new express stores at all Circle K locations in Sweden. At the beginning of 2021, the rollout was completed, which means that physical availability in Sweden has tripled. In 2022, Kjell & Company Express also moved in to selected Skistar shops.
